拉力試驗機的液壓傳動有哪些優缺陷

在進行拉力試驗的過程中,傳動款式是要害的過程,試驗數據的獲得往往要靠傳動裝置來完成。現在的拉力試驗機大多數都用液壓來傳動款式,下面就簡略介紹一下拉力試驗機的液壓傳動。
 
液壓傳動是用液體作為作業介質來傳遞能量和進行操控的傳動方法,是依據17世紀帕斯卡提出的液體靜壓力傳動原理而發展起來的一門新式技術。
 
液壓傳動的優點:比功率大,傳動平穩,易完成無級調速,易完成自動化,能傳動較大的力或轉矩,便于完成“三化” 即液壓元件的基礎件,標準化,系列化,通用化程度較高,故便于推行和運用。
 
液壓傳動的缺陷:獲得定傳動比困難,傳動功率低,對溫度的改變較靈敏,對元件的制作精度要求比較高,加工和安裝難度大,制作本錢較高,運用保護比較嚴厲,簡單產生噪聲,轟動和匍匐。
