怎么大發揮拉力試驗機的功用
  在影響多功用電子拉力機精度和功能的各種因素中,首先是多功用電子拉力機的力值傳感器,由于傳感器的好壞決議了試驗機的精度和測力穩定性。其次便是驅動傳感器運動的部件滾珠絲杠,由于絲桿如果有空隙的話將來做出的試驗數據,將直接應響試驗的大變形和斷后伸長率。
  再次便是多功用電子拉力機的傳動體系,現在市場上的拉力機傳動體系有的選用減速機,有的選用一般皮帶,這兩種傳動方法的首要壞處:前種需求定時加潤滑油,后種則確保不了傳動的同步性影響試驗成果。 再次便是多功用電子拉力機的動力源(電機)也叫馬達,現在市場上有的拉力機選用一般三相電機或變頻電機,這種電機選用模擬信號操控,操控反響慢,定位不精確。后便是多功用電子拉力機的測控體系(也便是軟件和硬件),現在市場上大部分拉力機的測控體系選用的是8位的單片機操控,采樣速率低,且抗干擾能力差。
