拉力機計算公式,拉力試驗機,玩能拉力機實驗成果之收拾辦法,實驗成果之數目:實驗片規則4個,但缺乏時,可采用3個,乃至2個,在此情況下,需要注明試片數。
    拉力機計算公式,拉力實驗機,全能資料實驗機實驗成果:抗拉強度與伸長率:抗拉強度與伸長率,依測定值之大小順序排列。其為S1、S2、S3及S4,而按照下列計算: a.實驗片4個時:TB或EB=0.5S1+0.8S2+0.1(S3+S4) b.實驗片3個:TB或EB=0.7S1+0.2S2+0.1S3 c.實驗片2個:TB或EB=0.9S1+0.1S2 9.3 抗應力:拉應力由測定值之平均值表明之。記載:在實驗成果表上,有必要記載下列各項:
    A.抗拉強度( Kg/cm2 ) 、伸長率( % ) 、拉應力( Kg/cm2 );B.實驗機之才能(容量); C.實驗片之形狀及實驗片號; D.實驗溫度;E.其它必要事項。

    拉力強度TB( Kg/cm2)=大拉力(Kg)F/試片截面積(c㎡)A;拉力強度Mpa( N/mm2)=大拉力(N)F/試片截面積(m㎡)A
    伸長率EB( % ) =()斷裂時標點間隔L1-原標點間隔L0)/原標點間隔L0×100%
    粘著強度TF( Kg/c㎡ )=剝離的大力(Kg)F/試片寬(cm)b;粘著強度TF( N/m㎡ )=剝離的大力(N)F/試片寬(mm)b
    撕裂強度TS( Kg/cm2 )=大拉力(Kg)F/試樣厚度(cm)t;撕裂強度TS( N/mm2 )=大拉力(N)F/試樣厚度(mm)t
    拉應力Mn( Kg/cm2 )=特定伸長率時之荷重(N)F/試片截面積(m㎡)A;拉應力Mn( N/mm2 )=特定伸長率時之荷重(N)F/試片截面積(m㎡)A
    (此處Mn之n系表明特定伸長率( % ),例如M300系表明伸長率300%時之拉應力)。
